| Blasphemy? So, I'm not sure if I'm over stepping my bounds here as the new guy, especially posting on a board that's obviously pro-football... But, any ice hockey fans? Living in western Kansas isn't exactly condusive to being a fan, but preseason started last night so I figured I'd put out some feelers for fellow goons.

| Amazingly, yes, I still do have all my teeth. They've done wonders in recent years with anti-tooth-knocking-out technology. Actually, it's required to wear both a mouth piece as well as a face cage while playing in college hockey.

| NHL doesn't turn me on, but I used to go to alot of the Wichita Thunder games several years ago. After a few beers, and a couple of brawls, I kinda got into it! |

| Hockey, not so much. Dated a ex-hockey player in Wichita for a while between divorces.....he didn't have all his teeth, but kept the fake ones in all the time. Must have been why I quit dating him. He was kinda full of himself, too.

| Is Hockey still a sport? After the strike they quit covering it on ESPN and most of T.V. Not that anyone watched it anyway. They should have stayed on strike...it would have been the sport no one missed unless you live in Canada or up north.

| After the NHL strike, I have refused to go to NHL games, though I may in the future. I really got into the Wichita Thunder and CHL during this time, and we love to hit a few games a year, if possible. GO THUNDER!
