Russian Manufacturer

There's been some talk on another board about a Russian manufacturer of firearms, tools and other stuff. The general consensus is that they over-build.

You can also click the "search" option at the top of the page and type in "Baikal" if you want to see whats already been said about them. If im not mistaken, Remington is also pushing a cheap Baikal made shotgun here in the US but I dont recall the model offhand.
