According to ESPN, the Big XII should get at least 6 teams in the Tourney. If this is true, KSU should still get in.

K-State finished 3rd in the Big 12, according to all the "experts", they are still in the NCAA tournament. The Big 12 should get 5-6 teams in. Maybe instead of making fun of KSU, you should focus on your game with A&M. Kirk was unconscious last night.

You don't deserve it, but I'll compliment the Jayhawks. They played a good second half, especially when NU started thuggin' it up towards the end and making really dirty plays. Collins lost his cool a bit, but that was a real cheap shot he took on that lay-up.

I'd say KSU is probably looking at a 9 or 10 seed now. I would love to be a 9 and sneak past that 8-9 game to play a 1. I would really enjoy playing UNC so that Beasley can shut up all these east coast idiot writers and analysts (especially dick vitale) who think Hansbrough is player of the year. They say Hansbrough works harder. Yeah, because he isn't as good. They say Hansbrough is the better team player. Um, how come Beasley has almost double the assists that Hansbrough has? They say Hansbrough had to play 7 games without Ty Lawson. Hello, KSU doesn't have a Ty Lawson.

I just get tired of these east coast and west coast writers disrespecting the Big 12. If you've read any of my posts, you know I don't like KU. However, I am a Big 12 fan when the big dance starts. If it takes KU winning it all to bring the Big 12 some love, then I am all for it.

Now, don't get me wrong here, Beasley is a phenomenal player, but I just don't think he can handle the physical presence that is Hansbrough. I don't think he can guard Hansbrough on the block all night long without fouling out. Add to that, Roy will make Frank Martin look like an idiot when it comes to coaching, and KSU will get blown out by 30+. Now on the other side of things, if they let Beasley guard someone else (not sure who because UNC has great players every where) and they let Kent use his fouls on Hansbrough, and make sure that Beasley is the one shooting the ball everytime down it could be close, but I still don't think they would beat UNC. Would be fun to watch though.

He'll "suit up" allright. Probably in a nice Carolina blue number with a matching tie and it'll be another whipping just like the ones he dealt ksu for fifteen years while at Kansas.
