KU Basketball

Rush was out of his mind yesterday. I thought he only hit 3's like that when they play against KSU. I really think that whoever wins this game today should get a 1 seed. Right now, my money would be on UNC, UCLA, Memphis, and KU/Texas winner.

That seems to be the consensus of the "Sports Gurus" at the moment. I really don't think being a number one seed is all that it is cracked up to be. Being a number one seed means that you have that 'target' on your back in every game.

Man, there were some good games yesterday. UNC's last second win. Boise State taking New Mexico in triple overtime. Georgia's two games.

This is really a tough time of the year to be at work. Between March Madness and those nice spring days when the golf clubs are calling out to me, it really makes me want to be anywhere but work.

You're right about the games yesterday. That SEC tournament has been a mess. Of course when a tornado hits the Georgia Dome, it is bound to turn the schedule a bit upside down. Even the KU game yesterday was pretty good. It was almost a reversal of the KSU game the night before. KU just kept A&M at an arm's length away and stood up to all their runs, just like A&M did to KSU the night before. A&M is finally starting to live up to their potential. I don't know what happened to them for a while during the regular season.

I think the main advantage of a 1 seed is that you should get good regional sites so that your fans can travel easier.
