Tops for hunters & fishermen???

Hahah nope. I think that is a good thing. Diversity is good. My husband's grandfather asked us once if there were any latinos where we lived. We had to point out the Los Angeles isn't even english words and that yes, in Los Angeles we do have latinos. He hadn't made the connection. It was funny.

Now, back on track. Where do you guys like to hunt the most? How about fish? Can you still fish at DCCC?

I'm not much of a fisherman. I do hunt applicants for the ARmy though. I have had luck fishing at the little pond on the golf course. I didn't catch jack at the DCCC pond.

I have done well in the past at DCCC with Channel Cats, also good luck at Mariah with the catfish. I am a catfisherman though, so I can catch them just about anywhere. For me, when its time to try to catch 'the big one' I head to Clark County, if I can get my hands on a little john boat and a motor Cedar Bluff is a good bet too!

Clark County has been "Little Mexico" everytime I have tried to fish there. Friggin' accordian music all night long! I hear that the ponds south of town are a good place to catch record sized turds!! Great fresh air too!

I used to catch some major cats at the golf course. Unfortunately, they don't bite during the day which is the only time you are allowed to fish. I have caught afew at the college, but again that is at night.

I didn't know that...we fished in the evening and were there til about an hour after dark. The 3 of us caught 9 catfish good enough to take home in about 2 1/2 hours...

Once the sun goes down, those cats bite hard. It also depends on where you are fishing at.
