| Looking for some parts for my 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Hey everybody. I recently got some overlay's for my guages in my jeep, and in putting them on, managed to break my volt meter. If anyone might have some guages laying around, or know of anyone that might have some, I could sure use them. Let me know, and we can work something out. Thanks everybody. ![]()

| Have you looked on EBay? They usually have some parts. Sometimes you have to pay retail, but most of the time you can pick up stuff for a dime on the dollar. Also, son works at Jeep dealership in the body shop up here - might could lay his hands on some gauges out of a wrecked vehicle....

| Thanks Tee and KCM. Saw that one, but it's to new. They changed some things in 96. Talked to a couple of other people on ebay, but not to sure about them. I need something from a 93-95. I've got a possibility on another board that might work. If it doesn't, I may come looking for you KCM. Depending on what some people charge for shipping, it may be cheaper for me to drive over there and get it. For reference, here's what the layout looks like, but of course, I've already added the new overlays, so the originals would look like the one in your pic, Tee, but as you can tell, the speedo is different, and the way they mount is different also. ![]() ![]()

| What was broken on the gauge? Could it be fixed by someone who was real handy?

| Tee, it was the metal shaft on the needle, broke within the guage. Only thing I could think of would be super glue, but, it doesnt' seem to fit properly. It may have turned out of range after it broke. At least, now I know, that those needles arean't meant to be removed. But, if my internet resources fail, I'll head to a junk yard. I was hoping someone might have one laying around, cause they are a pain in the ass to take out.

| I told you if you didn't quit driving so fast that you would twist the needle off of the speedometer!! Like that isn't the only thing worn out on the "jeep". Trade it off for a skateboard, and drive the truck. Maybe your gal will let you borrow the chevy?? ![]() |
