| Found Dog Hey all. I found a large black dog on my farm this evening that appears to be well cared for and good mannered. The farm is near the ammonia plant. The dog has white fur on the paws and a white patch on the chest. The collar has no ID but there is a paper taped to it that says "Katrina 12-23-05" Anyhow if it is your dog or know who it belongs to, let me know.     |

| Can't you run a "found" ad in the glob for free?? I would check with the local vets

| I'm going to contact the Globe tomorrow and take it by the pound to see if it is chipped, but not to let them take it. I'll continue to feed and water the dog for a few days. |

| The tag indicates that the pet may have a microchip. I have the same type tags for my pets and they were all microchiped. Take it to DCVet or Animal shelter and they can tell you within seconds if the dog has a microchip and even locate the owner for you. You can also register the dog on Dog Detective Dog DetectiveŽ - Lost Dogs & Found Dogs

| I was wondering if the dog belonged to a hunter, but it isn't a breed commonly used and doesn't behave like one. Very gentle dog and doesn't dash all over the place or seem interested in fetching....but then again if the dog is away from home it probably is scared. Hopefully there is a chip implanted that can get everything sorted out. |

| Kinda looks like Lurker around the eyes and snout!!  Maybe its an "alien" looking to take over the town?? Or it could be a "terrorist", just trying to work his way into the system??  |
