Looking for a house to rent!

Hey ya'll! Matt and I have decided we are sick of this house! We are going to be putting in our 30 days notice in the middle of February. I have looked through the paper and found a few places we might be interested in, but I know there are some realtors who have properties for rent. I just don't know who to go to. So if anyone knows of any properties or real estate agents that have some rentals...let me know! What we are looking for is a 3+ bedroom, 1+ bath, garage, fenced yard, and appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher). We have a washer and dryer so all we would need is hookups for that. Oh and hubby really wants CH/A. We would also prefer that the house be North of Comanche, but as long as it is in an ok neighborhood we should be ok. Thanks for the help in advance!

Don't they still have that little place in the basement of the mall that rents and sells houses? Mine is spoken for - bur sounds like you want a bigger house than mine......... got a family member gonna live there this summer plus I don't wanna lose my storage...... meaning I'm not gonna move my funiture out for nobody--------- family understands this and I know where to find em if they screw with my stuff!! LOL.......

How much rent are you willing to pay? The type of house you are specifying is a high dollar rental in this area. If you can give me a range, I may be able to give you some names.

Jim & Jeani Perkins do great rentals. In the past 3 years my wife and I rented a few houses from them (before we bought our own last year) and Jim has always been decent, honest and fair. Jeani works for Remax, their phone number is 227 8099 I think.

One of the houses we rented was on Thompson, between Soule and the highway (like, 2300 block). It was clean, modest sized, had a 1 car garage and central air/heat. We were paying $600 a month, that was year ago.

Well we are looking for something in the $600-$700 range...it doesn't have to include all of those amenities, but we would prefer a house that did. I know there are a few older houses that can cost less. We don't plan on buying anything because we should be "outta Dodge" in about 2-3 years anyways. We just want something we can be comfortable in for that time. It's a little hard for us because in Liberal we had parents with "friends in high places" that could get us a great deal. It's hard not knowing those "insiders" if you know what I mean. So help us out ya'll!~ Pretty Please...with a cherry on top????

Oh OK................ well so much for folks in the business of managing empty houses for folks.......... so do ya think and individual is gonna treat ya better???? I always liked it as a renter and owner when there was an iron clad lease that bound both of us...........

I think I am going to try Professional Mngt. I heard they sometimes have really nice homes! Hell everything is worth a shot at this point! Everyone please keep your ears open! If someone finds me a nice place, I promise to buy them a case of beer or a bottle of liquor (your choice)!! So now there is a reward! GET TO MOVING YA'LL!!!!!!!!!!!! OH and on that note, does anyone want to help move?? lol

On a serious "help wanted" note.......... I always went to NuChance to get the movers I needed. They are hard workers and need a hand up. They were gracious and careful and ya know I never felt like they slacked at anytime when I hired them.
