| Dogs for good home I have two dogs that i am looking to place in a good home or homes. I rescued both of them from the pound in Wichita where they were to be put to sleep. One of them is a full blooded Wiemeriener, the other I affectionately call a Muttweiller. I have had them both for over a year now and I rescued them with the sole purpose to find good homes for them, mine if it comes to that. If interested please pm me. Wiemeriener: Name: Roman Male 1 1/2 to 2 years old shots and nuetered 70 pounds tattoed and microchipped housebroke Muttweiller: Name: Emmerson (Emo for short) Male 14 to 16 months old shots and nuetered 110 pounds tattoed and microchipped housebroke

| I wish I had the room but with two crazed dogs already (a white german shepherd and a doberman/shepherd mix) I think I would go crazy - let alone the cost of dog food would kill me. We already go through 40 pounds a week! For anyone looking for a good, loyal dog - the Wiemeriener breed is awesome. They are very loyal and extremely intelligent animals, not to mention beautiful! |

| Are these dogs still available? My brother in law just moved to the country and has a huge yard and is looking for one, if not two, dogs. Do they need a fenced yard to stay in? Are they good with kids? |

| The Weimer has found a home, he is going to live in Ft. Colins. The Muttweiller is still looking for a good home. He is approx 2 years old and housebroke. He has shown no aggressiveness and gets along with other dogs and cats. I have had him around small children and he reacts like most dogs that have never benn around them, he is shy and wary. Would he hurt a child? Not to my knowledge, but as i tell all people----Big dogs play big. If a child, or anybody for that matter, were to grab him and pull his ears, or scream in his face, or mistake him for a big stuffed animal.......it more than likely would not be pretty. He does need a fenced yard, he will leave and try to find a way to leave, but he is not destructive. He is a big powderpuff and one has to see him to actually get the good picture.
