Don't forget that neither FEMA nor any other Federal agency will respond until the State's Governor requests help.... and a woman's bawling in the Louisiana statehouse isn't a proper request for help.

What constitutes a disaster? Dodge City is already a disaster each and every day. OK - I'll bite - what's up? I don't like the idea of all hell breaking loose....especially if we know about it before hand. Course the DCPD won't do anything about it before-hand, even if they know it and they will do precious little about it afterward. So - what's up?
