| Yeah I spend $7 on a burger at fudruckers........ but if you are in a town that normaly will almost pay ya to come in....... it makes ya forget the real world!

| I had lots of fun there! Ended up gettin a few free drinks and all! I love being 21 lol!! I wish someone would have recognized me and introduced themselves! I coulda had some entertainment for the night instead of making it all myself lol! So if you did see me, I am mad at you for not talking to me!!! MEANIES!! |

| I wasn't there - but have wobbled on those bar stools many a time! LOL All in the distant past now. Free drinks are the norm there - hell all I ever did was tip the bartenders...... course the tip was often the amount of a good night drinkin.... so it's all bout the same to me. They are known for drinks that can stand alone tho......... good god the hangovers!.........

It's been awhile since I've seen that kind of cover charge, but then it's been awhile since I've been anywhere there was a live band. I spend more time and have more fun at a little martini bar at 135th & Quivira. Hubby and I ran up quite a tab the last time we were in there together. Hubby got a little drinky and started buying rounds. I cut him off after the second one. Holy cow!

| Seven bucks isnt bad to get in to see a great band play, plus considering Donny gave out a total of $500 cash for different costumes. Plus, at Donny G's, you dont have to worry about who has a gun and who doesnt, like you do at City Limits. Donny also had free food for everyone at the bar, plus had the karaoke thing going on. $7 is less than it would cost for a person to go sit at a movie for an hour and a half. |

| Well ya know so long as BT turns a profit...... there ain't too much he worries about......... can't fault a feller tryin to make a profit.. course all his profit goes to fines for the underage drinkin ....... or used to anyhow. There were nites I woudnt' venture in there till really really late...... after the knifin and fightin was done.

| Thanks everyone! Thanks to everyone who came out and had a great time with us! Once again, we had a huge crowd. There were some amazing costumes. A lot of people put some hard work into them. I have to agree with Radio on this. Of course, him and I being brothers in blue, we see alot of what goes on in DC. Depends on what ya like i guess. As for CL, I've seen nothing but thugs and kids their. I have only been there a couple times a few years ago outside of work, but have been there more than I have wanted to on duty. Need I say more? One thing I can say for Donny's, is you wont see that atmosphere. Clean place, clean bathrooms, quality staff, nice people, and good music.(not to mention some awesome food at midnight that Donny made) As for the cover charge, $7 might seem alot for a small town, but look what your getting for it. All the above mentioned. As for me and the band, we dont see a dime of the door. We negotiate seperate. It's not about the money for us anyway. Just having fun in a great hobby! Thanks again for coming out, we had a great time! And yes Pootsy, I agree with you, of course you should not drink and drive. That should be a given. Hopefully people will be responsible enough to know that on their own. Thanks everybody!!! Vin
