| Dont Miss tonight! Hey everybody! I wanted to let you know about a really cool band called "Firing Line", that will be playing at Donny G's tonight (Sat. 24th). They are a Classic Rock / BLUES band from Beloit! It would be great to see a big crowd out to support these guys, (and Donny G's of course). Thanks DC!! Vin

| Ooh, that sounds like fun. If I drove all the way back there, do ya suppose they'd let an old lady in? I don't dance much anymore - well, not without a lot a'alcohol, anyway......but it would be lots of fun to listen to. Let me see.................who can I get to drive me there so I can sleep all the way..............

| "hurricane" isn't funny! I heard on the forecast last night that you all were going to have hurricane force winds and snow. I was thinkin' that would be pretty ugly. I'm hopin' it blows out before it gets here. So. Did ya get the weather you were promised?

| What a crazy weather day! A little rain, a little snow... The only constant was the cold, raw wind. I don't think it qualified as "hurricane force" wind, but it was strong enough for me. |

| Yuk. We just had some cold, cold rain. It's not supposed to get below freezing tonight, so no icy roads tomorrow. But we are supposed to get some snow tomorrow (I think your leftovers)......

| Winds were "officially" like 1 mph below "hurricane force". However, I have never seen anything like it. The wind was a constant roar all day long. I can imagine now what it must be like to he on the coast during a hurricane. Pretty dang scary! I am surprised that we didn't have power problems. The electric crews must have done a pretty good repair job over the past few months! |

| We lost power in south dodge (way south, Beeson area) this afternoon for about an hour. That is usual though, any wind or rain and the power goes out down here. Also lost whole back section of my fence and my Mammosa (sic) tree was twisted in the wind so much the trunk split.
