Ain't that the truth?! I'm sure there are as worthy organizations up here to donate to, but I don't know who they are and I don't like to give money to people/organizations I don't know. Just seems wrong. I buy girl scout cookies every year and boy scout popcorn, but I'm not into the United Way up here. Too many crooks.

Right off the bat there were three very generous members. Thank you VERY much. I am still a long way from my goal on this worthwile charity.

A lot of people are busy and cannot devote the time to be a volunteer. I understand that and that's okay. Donating the money spent on one dinner outing would help to do a lot. This is an easy way to do your part for the community.

Surely, there are other of you out there that could spare 5, 10, 20 to help the future of Dodge City..

If so, email me and I will get you signed up as a promoter/team bowler. So far I have ZERO bowlers and need 3-6. To be a bowler you have to help me beat the bushes for pledges. I can help you with that.

Tee, I think I can help you, if you need a bowler. At the present moment, I think I will be in town that weekend. In the event of having my plans changed ( I am awaiting word on my wife's Doctor), I am sure that I can find a replacement if I have to. Also, if you "really" can't find anybody else, I think I can get some more bowlers. How many do you need??

OK, y'all. If any of you still have any money left, and don't want to help Tee (LOL), I would take Tee's throwbacks. My husband, son and I are also bowling.

I am not trying to weasel inon Tee's territory because he asked first. Please, if you are planning on giving to Tee, do so. I donated to him last year and then was talked into bowling, so I helped support Tee and myself. Not that I am complaining. I served on the advisory board when BB/BS of Ford County was in its inception and remained on as a board of directors member and volunteer review committee for some time. GREAT PROGRAM.

BB/BS asks each bowler for at LEAST $100 sponsorship (last I knew). Now that I agreed to myself and husband and son to bowl, I am in for at least $300.

Tee has the advantage because I know nothing about how to set up a paypal account. I would just have to ask you to send me the donation, or send it to BB/BS and make sure they know that it is credited to me.

Anywho, no matter what, please consider donating to Tee because this is a great program. And, if you want, I will take any donations, also.
