I need your help! Wont You Help Our Kids

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ford County is once again ready to host our annual Bowl For Kids' Sake event. This will take place on March 31st and April 1st at Spare Tyme Bowl in Dodge City. All money that is raised through the event stays in Ford County to help support matches between children and their mentors. This program is invaluable to the youth of Ford County and would not exist without the generosity and support of the community.

Please help us continue matching children who desperately need some support with caring adults that can fulfill that need and change the life of a child (and a volunteer).

I want to add this about BBBS. IF you want to donate money anywhere and KNOW it's not being wasted this is THE program. These people do more with less. This is a great program..period. Anytime you can step forward and help an at risk child whether it's with time, a donation or whatever capacity you can help it's worth it. These kids don't ask for anything and come from not so great environments. The program operates in a minimal budget also. I KNOW Tee will appreciate all donations, even if you can give $5.00, that's $5.00 they didn't have before.

You can lock all the doors ya want - but if there is a man in sight we are draggin his ass to the bar!!! LOL LOL We don't do small animals and children.

Truth be known we'll be doin good to get ourselves to the VFW and American Legion! But I like to keep the rumor mill active!!!

It's a trip my sissy won't be able to make in another year or 2 and it's her friends - they are all dyin off so this is kind of a sad / happy trip. My kids are still laughin at me for drivin 5 hours to go to a VFW................ LOL I know I will have a good time and probably a good hangover!
