That's so funny.... The entity responsible for granting the permit to control alcohol sales (and consumption) doesn't issue the permit so the alternative is to have a BYOB event that has little or no control of consumption.......

Ummmm sorry...but I didnt see anywhere in Vin's post where it says a permit for the sale of alcohol was not applied for and granted. It said the business that was going to be doing it will not be able to after all, so, if you are planning to partake in alcoholic beverages, make sure you bring your own since it will not be sold inside of the street dance.
