Well, the street dance went great! We had about 200 people show! The weather stayed nice and everyone had a great time. Thank you to all who helped us out that night!

Maybe nobody wanted to keep driving as far to your mom and dads so called "kickass" club because it was to far and the longhorn was much more accessible or maybe thier club wasnt that good anyway because if it was then the loyal ppl who enjoyed it would have kept returning.

Jeff if I could attend the concert I would beer or no beer hell I might have even shown up drunk and its my responsibility as a person to decide when and if I have had enough and it is my responsibility to accept anything that happens to me as a result of my choice.

If the fact that Vinnie is advertising beer at one of his concerts why are you not also attacking the city for allowing officers to allow drinking at any function such as Octoberfest, Dodge City Days, damn almost any event in the park where they allow alchohol to be served where any city officer will be on hand to protect and serve?

I just want to say I do not agree with most of what Poots is saying. I as a musician, will advertise all that is offered by the venue that pays for my service. It's entertainment and the music business. Minneola is not even in Ford county, so comparing it to anything DC is not fair.

Yes having drinks at a benefit for someone killed by a drunk seems odd.



BUT NONE OF THIS HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH VIN AND THE BOYS. They don't run the bar or beer service, serve the drinks, twist arms or provide a baby sitting service. They are Musicians for crikey sake!!!!!! At least they are when they are on the road.

No drinks at a dance for adults just seems too weird to me. If you want a non-drinking function, then go to the Alley or a non-alcoholic dance.

MIT USA you are right about that...everyone knows you have to show up to the alley already drunk cause they get pissed when you try to bring it in.

Ok with me, You don't have to agree with me. I am all for musicians jammin at clubs and stuff; however I still think what I think and that is my opinion and I am sticking to it. I am wrong about some things but oh well I am not perfect, nor do I claim to be like Army. LOL! had to throw that out there.

Oh and Zeb another thing, you advertising beer at a place your jamming at is different, your not DCPD.
