Question needs answered

I was driving in town today and saw a van clearly marked as USD 443, that also had some kind of symbol on it and the words "MIGRANT EDUCATION." Can somebody tell me, what is migrant education? Also, WTF do they need a van for?

I can't say for sure Bubba. But I hope it means they are showing them the way back to mexico hence the education. I also hope they need a van so they can take many of them in one trip. Gas is high.

Maybe it's avan they bought with specific funds alloted to help school districts pick up the tab of education for illegeal immagrants that are children. Other than that it could be a specific bus bought with funds that are in place for the "migrant" worker....... maybe it's a bus that the beef packing plants bought to tour the new worker around DC so they can get an "education" of where they assistance offices are.......... who the hell knows??????................. that one tho Bubba is a new one on me. Was it like a yellow school bus or a private van. Could be somthing the Catholic charaties are doin with the parishiners "tithing"........... or maybe the LULAC has come to town.......................

Did anyone see anywhere in ther that ya had to be "legal"???? From what I saw it seems if ya move anywhere within 3 years to do packing work...... then ya qualify.......... It's obvioulsy a Fed $$ grant......... go check out the fat cats on the staff.................. Notice the hispanic names begin with the bottom of the food chain. The top dogs are Vinton, and Burkhart......... so my guess is some of her salary is paid from this grant to USD443. I just wanna know how many non hispanics benifit from this?????........ It doesn't say anywhere you have to be hispanic but it sure as hell is designed specifically for them................. Ya'll need some of our brutha's up there to help spread out the funds ........................

Unfortunately, its not a bus headed back to Mexico, well it could be in time once they declare Dodge City officially a part of Mexico, but its probably the special bus that will take the special students to the soon to be new special school.
