Question School Lunch!!!
Whats up everybody!! Have you heard that the school lunch for adults is $3.00 and you will get the same amount of food as the kids (Ex. 1 hamburger, handfull of fries, 1 pickle, 1 milk, a little bit of lettuce) Crazy huh :cryba by:

ya and? you get a quality meal that is still cheaper than any fast food restaurant in town...join the long list of adults who complain that they dont get special treatment regarding food. Idea...pack your own lunch.

Yeah, look at the choices and variety that the High School Lunch program has! When I was in High School, we didn't even have a kitchen. If we wanted to eat, we had to walk over to the Jr. High, and get the "casserole of the day"!! Thank God I wrestled, so I didn't eat very often!!

Other side? Alter ego? I always loved school lunches. Back when I was a kid (many, many moons ago), I had to walk home for lunch. Only on some days would mom relent and give us lunch money. Speaking of DC High's school lunches. When I was back for my high school reunion, they gave us a tour of the new high school. Very nice. We met one of the lunch ladies. Very nice to us, but I bet she wields a mean wooden spoon. From what I gathered, it was on a credit card-type system. You put so much money "on" the card and used it till it ran out. Everything was priced a la carte. Are you maybe talking about the grade school and junior high lunch program?

I dunno - I wouldn't expect there are many kids walking away hungry. It doesn't hurt the adults to either bring a side lunch in addition to the school lunch or ..................... maybe this would be a good diet!

Gee I didn't know they still served "lunch" I thought it was all in machines by now. $3......now come on that's not really so bad - where else can ya get ketchup as a veggie???

Gee I sure miss those school lunches.......the smell of yeast rolls at morning recess at old Lincoln Elem.......

OH....scuse me.......that was another lifetime all together....LOL
