OUR School?

Bucklin, Spearville and Montezuma all have good schools. And I know many DC families that have put their kids in school there. Also understand that the Christian Church (the one on top of the hill) in Dodge is starting a school. Just some options to consider.

It would sure seem to me that a drastic change needs to be made simply because of what is "NOT" happening here. And, that would be those elected to office to do the jobs that they citizens (not any illegals) voted them into office to do! All schools have a "no tolerance" policy, but I would like to know just what that pertains too? It appears to have NOTHING to do with anything in this school district at all, let alone the city or county! Time too vote out those who do not have the "citizens" best interest at heart! If they think that the illegals bring in money to the county or city they are sadly mistaken because, most of the money is sent back to mexico to bring MORE criminals into this country!
I wonder if WE could now get minority status and all the freebies that go along with the title? Most likely, NOT!

Here is something that will get your goats! I know this person who just moved into a new place, and in one of the drawers was a month old bill from the electric and gas company that had been opened. Upon looking at the bills, she found out that this person had not paid either of them for months. And, the totals for one was over $1250.00 and the other was for over $900.00 that had not been paid. Neither of them said one thing about being shut off due to non payment! Now if that would have been you or me, do you think that you or I could have gotten away with this? Yet, this Latino had not only gotten away with it, but also had those two utilities MOVED to her new address! No disparity here, do you think? Yeah, I think we need NEW elected officials here! Ya THINK? Makes me want to PUKE!

Some years ago, we had a female city commissioner who saw the writing on the wall. She made a comment about all the illegals who were coming to this city. She said something like this. When you see one cockroach, its the 10,000 you don't see hiding behind the wall! Just like the illegal aliens we have now! For saying this, which by the way was the TRUTH, the "MINORITIES" cried out to have her removed from office! And, they sadly got their way because of the amount of them and of the WHITES who cried "FOUL"! Bet that those who jumped on this band wagon would have paid just a little more attention to her! Because NOW we all see just how right she was!

I have met some people in my past that were illegals and they were very good people. They would do anything for anyone. I have met some that were pieces of crap. I met whites that were pieces of crap. I do not see all of them a problem; HOWEVER I do see their kids at these schools HUGE problems. I also see the pieces of craps I was talking about HUGE problems when it comes ot drugs, ect.... it isn't all illegals that act like this either. Some of them are home bred. Craig, what happened to your niece is bullshit and the school board needs to deal with it. I think it is great that Christian School is opening. yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, the teachers I know would love to see this happen. If we want things to change, it's time to start getting more involved. The more parents complain, the better chance they have of getting things done. It's sad that it has to happen this way, but it does. Start going to the board meetings. Let your voices, concerns, be heard. Call the principals daily to see what is going on with what you are concerned with. No child should have to put up with any bullying. This district is starting a new bullying policy. They can lose $ if bullying isn't curtailed in 443. Call the superintendant daily. In this district, the 'squeeky' parent can get change for their child. It's been known to happen over & over again. Be persistant! Don't say it won't work; don't start out with a defeatist attitude. It may take time, but isn't it worth it to fight that battle for the kids?!

I say move and let them all sit in their own crap they created. Life is too short to put up withi this and be fighting all the time. Move and live a positive life for yourself and your children. By the time there is something done your kids will suffer. they do not deserve this. Move somewhere where they can have a better life and you too.

Then you will be "moving" for the rest of your life, Poots! The entire country is experiencing the same thing that DC is, it is just at various stages and some places are doing something about it. Afterall, we were here first, and we should be very upset that someone can come in here and ruin our way of life--especially when it is done "Illegally"! The citizens of DC need to rise up and take our City back from the Packing Plants and the illegal infiltrators. If certain "influences" around town are the problem, then they need to be put into their place also! I busted my ass for years to raise a family here, build a life here, and be able to retire here. It is a bunch of $hit that now where I am near being able to retire and enjoy, everything is "all messed up"!

Not everyone can just pack up & move. In this family, both of us have parents in the area that we can't leave. We would have to leave our loved ones & possibly end up in a new place getting paid less than what we are here. I was born & raised here. My family is here & I won't leave them to fend for themselves because it's too much for me to fight for my kid's rights.
