Ross & Reduced Class Sizes

Look up the state guidelines (or federal). Each student is required to have a certain amount of space (square footage). It is different for each age group. I was on the task force years ago for the new High School. It was eye-opening. If you have such questions, go to a meeting and ask. They are public for a reason.

I think I'd rather have my 5th & 6th graders bussed than my kindergartners. Stuff happens to kindergartners that get left on the bus or get delivered to the wrong bus stop up here.

I drove by on the first day, and the cars were lined up from the entrence to the highway. Glad I don't have to deal with that mess everyday.

i am not against the new school at all, but i would like to know why the shool board says there will be reduced class sizes after the school is done. my child is in third grade. there is like 23 kids in her class. that is more than there was last year. it looks to me that the new school didn't do what they hoped it would have.
